Walks in Berkshire

Berkshire is a home county situated to the west of London, and cotains the varies towns of Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, and Reading, amongst others. Despite this there are some very scenic areas, from th Berkshire Downs in the west to the Thames and Goring Gap in the North.

There are two National Trails that pass through the county; the Thames path denotes the northern border of the county for some distance in the east, as the Ridgeway does in the west. Additionally, a pleasant walk can be had along the Kennet and Avon Canal as it heads from bath to it's end point on the Thames at Reading.

Below is a map showing all the walks that I have completed in Berkshire.
